Please note that a valid/active password is required to complete your recertification(s). If you require a password reset and are unable to change your password using the self-service password reset request feature for the CBS system, please submit a written request to the Client Services Help Desk at clientservices@noaa.gov. The email should include the name of the system for which the password reset is being requested (i.e., CBS) in addition to your user id and your given name, if different than your email address.
Below you will find detailed written instructions for recertifying your access for CBS. These instructions will help you to successfully complete the recertification process. NOTE: As part of the recertification process, you will be required to view the NOAA Non-Disclosure Agreement and NOAA Rules of Behavior forms. This will require Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your desktop for the CBS Web Portal, you should contact your local IT Desktop Support.
