As a result of COVID-19 protocols, the Client Services Help Desk is working remotely 100% of the time. Our staff are unable to access the help desk phone system remotely. As a result, all inquiries should be sent via email to clientservices@noaa.gov. The help desk remains fully staffed and is responding to all inquiries in a timely manner. Staff will contact customers via phone where appropriate to assist with more complex questions or concerns.
We appreciate everyone's understanding and patience during these unprecedented times. Our customers have been wonderful through all of this. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the service to which you have become accustomed.
