Guidance:

• Do not enter a field name (shown Underlined: in the examples). The Omnibus Synopsis generator will enter the field name of Application Deadline:.
• The Omnibus Synopsis Application Deadline field is copied from the FFO Dates field the first time the Save and Continue button is clicked on the FFO details page.
• Any substantive changes to the Omnibus Synopsis Application Deadline field must also be reflected in the FFO Dates field.
• The FFO also has a Submission Dates and Times field, which must also be kept in sync with FFO Dates and the Omnibus Synopsis Application Deadline.
• This field will only consist of one paragraph in the Omnibus Federal Register Notice. All paragraph formatting will be stripped out for publication.
• Ensure that the time zone is used in addition to the time for the submission deadline.

        Application Deadline: Applications should be submitted electronically through the Federal grants portal - http://www.grants.gov - by the sponsoring Sea Grant program. Applications must be received by the National Sea Grant Office (NSGO) by 4 p.m. EST on February 16, 2007. Local Sea Grant programs may wish to set an internal deadline one week prior to the National Sea Grant Office receipt date deadline to facilitate the entry of nonelectronic applications into Grants.gov.

        Application Deadline: Initial applications are due to NOAA by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on Monday, November 13, 2006. Final applications are due to NOAA by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on Friday March 2, 2007.
