Travel Voucher Regulations for Post as Approved(PAA):

• NOAA Travel Regulation, Chapter 301-52 (effective 5/22/2017)

Travel vouchers electronically scanned/emailed to finance will be rejected. Travel vouchers sent to finance for payment must either be faxed or sent via regular mail. 

Transmitting Personally Identifiable Information (PII):

Encrypt all electronic transmittion of PII data.  Examples include:

• Date of birth,
• Passport numbers,
• Travel Voucher data submitted to Finance via email where the information includes credit card numbers as part of the receipts combined with name and address, and
• Vendor invoice data that includes Social Security Numbers (SSNs) or Taxpayer Identification Numbers (TINs).
