Travel Card Application:

Travel Cardholder Training Cardholders are required to submit a GSA travel card training certificate and Statement of Understanding (SOU) to their APC, PRIOR to submitting the on-line travel card application. The GSA travel card training certificate, SOU and on-line travel card application must all be submitted on the same day to avoid cancellation of the application.

Please note: You will be required to use your NOAA E-Mail address when you apply for a Citibank Government Travel Card. If you do not have a NOAA E-Mail address, please wait and apply when you receive one.
