Welcome to the ITC Multi-Factor Authentication Support Page for CBS Application
Access to CBS systems at the ITC require multi-factor authentication. This authentication requires the use of a CAC/PIV card or RSA Token.
NOAA issued desktops that have been HSPD12 enabled and are using CAC/PIV to connect to the local area network should be able to access the systems using the CAC/PIV card. To test your ability to connect from your NOAA issued computer at your primary duty station using your CAC/PIV card please following the steps provide at https://itcip.rdc.noaa.gov.
If you are unable to authenticate during your test and require a RSA token to access the CBS applications please click on the RSA Token Request and Remote Access User Security Agreement forms located under the related links section. Once you have completed the PDF forms please email them to RSAAdmin@noaa.gov. Requests for RSA tokens will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you currently have a RSA Token supplied by the ITC and are having issues connecting please send email to RSAAdmin@noaa.gov. Please be sure to include your token id located on the back of your token and a brief description of your issue in your email.
