• Criminal Intelligence and Investigations
  • Exchanging intelligence information with other Law Enforcement agencies.
  • Investigating crimes committed on GSA properties.
• Regional Threat Assessments
  • Assessing threats/developing mitigation plans.
• Pro-Rated Share of Protection Physical Security Initiatives
  • Providing security awareness training.
  • Coordinating development of OEPs.

Services Provided Through Building Specific Rate:

• Contract Security Guard Program
  • Controlling access to entrances and exits of specific buildings.
• Security Systems
  • Purchase and installation of security devices (CCTV, alarms, x-ray/mag, etc.)
• Pro-Rated Share of Protection Administrative Costs
• Amortized Equipment Costs
  • The cost of the equipment for a security project amortized over 5 years of which 1/5 of the amortized cost is billed in the GSA Rent Bill..
