We can provide construction management oversight for any Federal Government agency. Our management services can be accomplished in two ways. We typically will contract with an Architect/Engineer firm to provide site inspection services and/or shop drawing review if the project is not geographically close to Kansas City. However, we can manage the entire construction activity solely through our office, but inspection would not occur as frequently. We would also provide (under the umbrella of management) processing of change orders, design changes, RFI's, as-built drawings, invoice processing, etc.
