Request for New Report or Query

 

CFS Info

 


To request a new report or query, the user must first identify the information requirement. The steps are:

CBS end user defines information requirement, purpose, timeliness, and responsibility for sign off on design using standard form below.

CBS end user forwards requirement to CBS Line Office Coordinator for their respective Line Office.

Line Office Coordinator submits requirement to CBS Reports Coordinator including report layout.

CBS Reports Coordinator confirms requirement with CBS functional team.

Note: All requests filtered first through organization’s CBS liaison and CBS functional team lead.
