(FMPs) and amendments, with the concurrence
of the Assistant Administrator for Fisheries.
This authority may be redelegated only to
the Deputy Regional Administrator.
To make determinations, approve or
disapprove recommendations, and take
other actions authorized in regulations
implementing FMPs.
