Effective December 19, 1999, the Acquisition, Grants and Facilities Services Office is abolished and reorganized into two new offices: the Acquisition and Grants
Office and the Facilities Office. At the same time the Environmental Compliance and Safety Staff is transferred to the new Facilities Office. The revised
