DESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CENTERS

SECTION 1. PURPOSE.

.01 This Order designates Financial Management Centers (FMC) in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and establishes the new FMC structure for Fiscal Year (FY) 1993 beginning October 1, 1992.

.02 This Order adds the Office of General Counsel as a separate FMC, renames FMC 120 as the Office of External Affairs, renumbers the Systems Program Office from FMC 105 to FMC 400, and incorporates changes that occurred during FY 1992 by adding the NOAA Coastal Ocean Program Office and three new FMCs under the Office of Administration.
