This Order abolishes the NOAA Directives Manual (NDM) System.

SECTION 2. SCOPE.

This Order shall include all directives, circulars, and handbooks in the NDM inventory.

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE.

This Order shall take effect October 1, 1992.

SECTION 4. AUTHORITY.

Office of Administration memorandum entitled, Abolishment of the NOAA Directives Manual System, dated April 15, 1992.

SECTION 5. EFFECT ON OTHER ISSUANCES.

None.
