SUBJECT: Reorganization - Office of Finance and Administration 
TO: Financial Management Centers, NOAA Staff Offices, and Office of Finance and Administration Divisions and Administrative Support Center Divisions

Effective April 25, 1999, two branches within the Accounting Operations Division, Finance Office, NOAA Office of Finance and Administration are renamed.  The Department Payment System Branch (AJ2310) is renamed Travel and Purchases Branch; the NOAA Payment System Branch (AJ2320) is renamed Contracts and Government Branch.  The organization code structure remains unchanged.
