Budget Integration Division (BID)

NOAA's Budget Integration Division (BID) has the task of providing the tools needed by Budget Formulation Analysis Division in the formulation process as well as linkages with the interface with the Program Analysis and Evaluation (PA&E) Office processes. The capabilities supported include budget authority for both current and historical obligations and outlays; this will require the interface of data and systems used by Budget Execution and Formulation as well as PA&E and Program, Planning and Integration (PPI). The Budget Integration Division has the responsibility for the leadership and oversight in developing an efficient business process to help manage the data handling and document production process, while capturing data in a secure and centralized repository.


This Division will develop capability for Budget Formulation & Analysis and Budget Execution and Operations Divisions to provide timely and accurate budget information to NOAA Senior management to assist them in decision making. The Division will manage the development of the End-to-End Resource Management System and have lead responsibility for the Office of the CFO/Budget Office in the development of a NOAA Enterprise-wise Management Information System (MIS).
